Proposal to Re-Open migration for a short timeframe. Have your Say!

Dear EG Community,

As communicated earlier, the migration window to EG v2 has officially closed, as detailed in our recent post here -> https://news.egtoken.io/1896

Although the community had over a year to migrate, quite a few people failed to do so.

Please note that migration windows are always small. LBank and Bitmart had their open for a month and ELONGATE tokens remain stuck there to this day.

EG had its migration open for over a year.

But given we have started EG v2 with a heavy focus on community engagement and involvement, your feedback is critical to us.

Although there is no excuse to not check on your tokens for over a year, we understand that the market has improved, crypto sentiment has changed and a lot of people are now returning to get involved in crypto again.

In response to community demand, we are providing two additional opportunities for migration. Please carefully review the proposal below:

Migration Proposal:

Migration Application Opens: March 30th, open for 24 hours. From 00:01 to 23:59 UTC.
Token and BNB Transfer: Send your ELONGATE tokens and $20 in BNB (for gas & admin fees) to the EG v2 smart contract owner wallet. This will be provided during the application window but here it is – 0x2B798f1b8333c24b92fBBe19aCaEbf07fd18DB27
Submission of Claim Form: Fill out the claim form and submit the form with your wallet address, along with transaction confirmation links for both ELONGATE and BNB transfers.
Migration and Airdrop: We will complete the migration and airdrop EG v2 tokens to your wallet. Timelines to do so will be confirmed later.
Minimum ELONGATE Balance: Participants must have a minimum ELONGATE balance of 3 Billion Tokens. If your balance is below this threshold, consider purchasing EG v2 directly instead of migrating due to gas fee considerations.
Application Closure: After 24 hours, the application will close.
Second Application Window: The application form will reopen for 24 hours on April 30th, following the same process.
Final Migration: No further migration opportunities will be provided after April 30th, and this migration topic will be permanently closed.

There will be NO website to connect your wallet to. You simply send your tokens to the EG wallet, fill out the form and wait for your EG v2 to arrive. This will avoid scams and opportunities for bad actors to get you to connect your wallet to unsafe websites.
