ELONGATE was a gold sponsor of Project Unity 2021 (Proyecto Unidos), a social initiative in Mexico challenging youth and young adults to generate positive action in their communities. As a result, over two thousand volunteers restored two neglected parks, an animal sanctuary, and four public primary schools. In addition, the volunteers cleared trash and debris from six beaches.
Over a three-month period, Project Unity hosted three conferences for volunteers and agents of change. These volunteers participated in over forty-five initiatives. Attendees came together to discuss positive social impact in their communities, setting goals for a brighter future. The closing event included a performance from Danny Ocean and a special guest from the United Nations Climate Change Secretariat.
