The ELONGATE team is proud to announce that after much due diligence in the sectors of compliance and international law, their legal incorporation is complete.
The Legal Structure
Social Impact is the undercurrent of everything ELONGATE does, and is embedded in all activities. Based on expert counsel from multiple prestigious firms across the globe, ELONGATE pursued a multi-entity structure to effectively administer and execute an aggressive, high-growth business model, while focused on significant, global social impact, all within compliance of multi-jurisdictional regulatory environments and international law.
With that in mind, ELONGATE will form as two legally independent and collaborative entities: EG Association (governing social impact activities) and ELONGATE Global (governing the technology platforms and disruptive technological development).
Lorenzo Andree is excited to be founding the EG Association as President and focusing his efforts on leading the real-world social impact work. Rounding out the board of the EG Association are Armin Keyani, Malik Bakrim, and Eugeniu Cujba, with additional board members to be named soon.
Hasan Aziz, Rani Barbara, Alexander Gambon, Brian Lobeda, Gene Rhode, and Austin Worrell form the leadership board of ELONGATE Global.
The two entities work together to shape the future and direction of ELONGATE.
What’s Next
With the incorporation finally complete, ELONGATE can expedite several key growth initiatives. These include high-level exchange listings, e-commerce integrations, disruptive tech development, notable partnerships, and community-level social impact programs.
