Today, ELONGATE hosted a very special Social Impact Celebration with Action Against Hunger (AAH). In an ongoing partnership, the team at Elongate donated $150,000, bringing the total donations to AAH over $400,000, furthering aid in the effort to fight world hunger. Their contribution will help fight the food crisis in East Africa and fund relief efforts in Haiti.
Action Against Hunger is a foundation that supports impoverished regions and provides nutrition & health support, food security, water, sanitation and hygiene assistance, research & innovation, and emergency support. Since the beginning of the global pandemic, AAH has initiated pandemic control efforts providing PPE distribution, local health system assistance, and vaccine rollout.
AAH serves some of the hardest to reach communities around the globe and is a leading innovator in developing methods to treat severe malnutrition. Last year they helped 25,000,000 people through their programs.
